Term of Service

Thanks for considering me for your commission! Please only start a request if you find the service details and my Terms of Service acceptable.

I will post your comms for social media showcase and portpholio. i will not post your commission during the work in progress. i reserved the right to refuse a commission if i’m not comfortable with the topics or i find it morally reprehensible.

Workflow

  • Sketch > Base Color > Render

  • I will send you updates from clean sketch to base color. each stage require feed back and feel free to give revisions. once the base color approved i will lock it for major revision and proceed to rendering stage.

  • Minor revision is always avaible at any stage

  • i will not render anything without your prior agreement

Payment

  • Full payment upfront.

  • Refund is 30% of the total price and only available at base color phase

  • Payment methode would be Paypal and Vgen pay

  • for order outside of Vgen i will ask your paypal email for me to request the bill

License

  • Personal license is free

  • Commercial License is charged 30%

  • Merchandising License is charged 200%

  • NDA (confidential) content charged 100%

Turnaround & Delivery

  • Starting your turn, The guarantee is in 30 days

  • But for your rough estimation time, Usually it took me 5 to 14 days and for full illustration usually it took me 7 to 30 days. depending on the complexity.

  • if there is waiting list then you will have to wait longer till its your turn.

  • No communication within 30 days will result in commission considered finished with no refund

  • The Art will be sent in PNG/JPG format via Gmail/Drive or VGen.

Do's

NSFW, Original characters (OC), Fan art, Couple, Humans or humanoid character, Real people, etc , just ask me if you think i could draw it

Dont

Rush order, Heavy gore, Illegal things, Please ask me if you are unsure if I will draw something or not.

Do not use my art in any kind of AI training data or generative AI for enhancing purposes or NFT's. Do not redistribute my art without my permission

COMMISSION

  • you will get full scenic illustration featuring one of your characters, with visual storytelling and a detailed background

  • file canvas A4 Size or larger 300-600 DPI JPG File

  • Additional character charged 75$ each (cz i dont make them any less detail)

  • i may add some background character with less detail for aesthetic purposes if i see fit

  • i dont charged more for NSFW except if you orde via Vgen i have separate service

  • Full Body 75$

  • Half body 65$

  • Bust Up 40$

  • simple to detail background (non scenic) charged 10-30$

  • if you need more scenic background please head to Full Illustration commission instead

SKEB/SURPRISE ME!!

SKEB is "surprise Me" Commission. You will tell me what you want, provide some reference if you like, and then i will surprise you with the result. No WIP updates and no revision. You can describe it in detail if you have very specific request, but you can also tell the idea roughly and leave it to my interpretation. just relax while i'm doing your commission. i will only comeback to you with fully finished art piece.

  • You will get Full Render Painting of your ship / couple

  • personal license is included

  • canvas +/-A4 Size 300 DPI JPG File + transparent PNG version

  • flat or simple background

  • i offer one minor adjustment when its done

  • if you need more adjustment and more complex order please order my regular commission instead
